By using Banast, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

Description of service

Banast provides an automated, AI-powered strategic audit and a strategic copilot. The service is provided "as is" — results are recommendations, not guarantees. Audits and analyses are generated by AI and do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise).

User accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts are limited to one per person (team plans may come later).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, not to attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithms or prompts, not to submit unlawful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content, and not to overload the infrastructure. Rate limits apply.

Intellectual property

Content generated by Banast (reports, scores, analyses) belongs to you. You grant Banast a limited license to use the data you submit for the purpose of providing the service.

The Banast brand, design, and source code remain the property of Banast. We reserve the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service.

Payment & billing

The free audit carries no payment obligation. Paid plans (coming later) are billed monthly, renew automatically, and can be canceled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No prorated refunds. [PRICING_DETAILS]

Limitation of liability

Banast does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of audit results. Recommendations are not a substitute for professional advice. We cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the results.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to Banast in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these terms. When an account is closed, data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Avignon, France. [LEGAL_ENTITY]

Changes to terms

We will notify you by email of any significant change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
